Work Schedule: 10–19.5 hours weekly/day time hours, potentially more during Fall peak.

Job Summary: This key role supports the dual enrollment department, which serves nearly 10,000 students and partners with over 50 high schools. The employee will work with the director, site coordinators, and success coaches to support the admissions and enrollment of dual enrollment students. Admissions and registration are primarily in‑person with partner high schools located across the valley during the school day.
Some phone or hybrid work could be available.
Essential Functions:
- 90% – Provide admissions and enrollment support for dual enrollment students (high school students taking college courses) using the Student Information System.
- 10% – Perform other early college support activities as assigned, which may include outreach and customer service provided to students by text, phone, or e‑mail.
Minimum Qualifications:
- One (1) or more years of experience working in secondary or higher education.
- Demonstrated experience working with students.
- Customer service experience using technology.

Qualifications:
- Experience using a student information system to complete processes.
Special
Working Conditions:
May be required to travel and work at high school partner locations and to work for long periods of time on a laptop computer. Possession of a valid State of Arizona Class D Driver’s License is required; the employee must meet district minimum standards regarding driving.
