Special Education Paraprofessional

Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Special Education Paraprofessionals to provide individualized classroom support during the upcoming school year in Tempe, AZ.

• Assist students with special education needs by supporting classroom instruction, individualized learning goals, and inclusion activities.
• Partner with teachers and support staff to prepare materials, reinforce lessons, and promote a positive learning environment.
• Support students with daily living activities, including personal care, mealtime support, and mobility, as needed.
• Adapt and provide flexible support across various classrooms and programs based on student and school needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one of the following:
  • Passing score on the Para Pro Assessment
  • Associate's degree
  • 60+ college credit hours
• Active CPR/First Aid Certification
• Active Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience supporting children with special needs (behavioral or autism support preferred)
• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred

• Top Compensation:
  Earn $18.50 - $18.90per hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a Paraprofessional, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
