Mid-Market North America is looking for a Commercial Sales Marketing Operations and Support Administrator. There are three primary responsibilities: ensure all new sales and business development reps initial onboarding and setup of Outreach are exceptional. Administer our Conversica platform, enable new users on the tool and ensure adoption. Support our Mid-Market Content Center by ensuring new, relevant content is available in the platform in a timely manner.

• Manage day to day Outreach/Conversica configuration, while working to continuously improve and enhance system processes to effectively meet and exceed business requirements
• Onboard new hires with Outreach/Conversica tools training, plus drive adoption across all teams
• Initiate, plan, prioritize, communicate and execute longer-term Outreach/Conversica projects
• Create and maintain documentation and training materials related to all changes to Outreach, and establish Outreach best practices around governance
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and analytics to create and a/b test Outreach sequences, improve process efficiency and operationalize strategy
• Conduct basis analysis to identify trends / generate reports
• Communicate analytical findings, conclusions and recommendations to executives and senior management
• Support the user community on day to day Outreach/Conversica issues
• Conduct frequent audits and data maintenance in Outreach
• Understand the integration and use of Discover Org to Outreach
• Escalate necessary technical support or outage issues and tickets
• Support the execution of future enhancement and integration projects and plug-ins in Outreach
• Content Center support will include identifying newly created content and ensuring its available in the Content Center in a timely manner.

You will work directly with stakeholders in Sales and Marketing, Operations and other functions to understand challenging problems and exciting business objectives. You will then leverage your experience, broad and deep knowledge of Outreach to design both standard and creative solutions. You will plan, prioritize, develop and rollout these solutions.

You may be the right fit if you have two or more years of Outreach or like technology experience, and Outreach (or like) Administrator certification. Experience training and supporting Outreach (or like) users. Ability to go beyond the executional or tactical tasks and come up with a holistic view of Outreach future to support and drive business growth. Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools.

Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, fluid environment. Ability to work independently, however be very team oriented and creative in problem solving. Strong English, both written and verbal.
