Guidance Assistant

Position Summary:

Assists the Department Chair of the Guidance Department with a variety of professional duties related to the maintenance of the department.

Guidance Department

Reports to:

Guidance Department Chair

Term: 10 months

Full time: 40 hours per week

Training and

Experience:

* High School Diploma.

* Two years experience with special training in business or secretarial courses.

* Two years experience with data processing programs.

* Experience/knowledge of office management preferred.

* Experience in educational institution preferred
