Assists the Department Chair of the Guidance Department with a variety of professional duties related to the maintenance of the department. Department:

Guidance Department Chair Term: 10 months Full time: 40 hours per week Training and
Experience:
High School Diploma. Two years experience with special training in business or secretarial courses. Two years experience with data processing programs. Experience/knowledge of office management preferred. Experience in educational institution preferred.
