This role provides advising and admissions support for students in the Dual Enrollment Department at Rio Salado College. The primary focus is on driving and tracking progress for students on academic and career pathways (Associates degrees and Occupational Certificates) through outreach (phone, email, text, in person). They serve as a dedicated resource for prospective and current dual enrollment students, utilizing multiple communication channels and various software's (Student Information System (SIS), Dynamic Forms, Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.)
