Provides in-person, virtual, and/or synchronous instruction and support to adult learners enrolled in Integrated Education and Training (IET) programs designed to prepare students for college and career pathways. Instruction may include one or more career training pathways such as Medical Administrative Assisting, National Retail Federation credentials, Business, Information Technology, Workforce Readiness, Student Success, and other Integrated Education and Training (IET) programs offered through Rio Salado College and its partner colleges.

Develops students' academic, digital literacy, workplace, and career readiness skills while supporting successful completion of career training, High School Equivalency (HSE), and/or English language acquisition goals. Follows required curriculum aligned with Arizona Adult Education Standards, local workforce needs, and Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) Fields of Interest. Utilizes and integrates technology in the classroom to support instruction, monitor student progress, and promote successful transition to postsecondary education and employment.

Provides case management support for students, including referring students to appropriate resources, monitoring individual progress and needs, and collaborating with colleagues and support staff to promote student success and retention. Engages in student assessments, progress data review, and attendance record maintenance to guide instruction, retain students, and meet grant program requirements. Participates in professional learning to maintain Arizona Adult Education Certification.

70% - Provides in-person, virtual, and/or synchronous instruction in Integrated Education and Training (IET) programs using approved instructional methodologies. Delivers standards-based, contextualized curriculum aligned with Arizona Adult Education Standards through classroom preparation, curriculum implementation, assessment and/or grading, and meaningful student feedback. Provides instruction or instructional support in one or more assigned career pathways, which may include Medical Administrative Assisting, National Retail Federation credentials, Business, Information Technology, Workforce Readiness, Student Success, and other approved IET programs.

Incorporates digital literacy and technology integration throughout instruction while utilizing the designated Learning Management System (LMS), approved instructional technologies, and partner college learning platforms to deliver and manage instructional content.
