Warehouse Supervisor - Tempe, AZ

Job Summary

Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading safe warehouse operations, ensuring quality and delivery of products and services while meeting safety, regulatory, financial, and performance goals.

• Safety: Create a safety‑first environment, conduct routine safety assessments, promote zero incidents and comply with all EHS requirements.
• People: Deploy and manage team members, delegate tasks, conduct training, 1:1s, performance reviews, attendance approval, and effective communication.
• Operational: Coordinate warehouse activities within shifts to meet production schedule, ensure smooth handover.
• Compliance: Manage compliance with regulatory agencies, run checks and address issues.
• Performance: Manage cycle time and change‑over time, drive continuous improvements.
• Development: Provide training, set growth plans, support self‑development.
• Operation Excellence (OpEx): Participate in process improvement initiatives.

• High School/GED required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Work experience:
  
  minimum 2 years in manufacturing or related environment; supervisory experience preferred. Strong preference for pharmaceutical, device, or aseptic production experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP).
• Knowledge of safety, quality systems, and cGMPs; strong writing skills.
• Experience in regulated documentation is required.

• Pay Range: $75,000 - $142,500 USD
