Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Engineering
We are seeking a Quality Engineer with hands-on process quality experience, including manufacturing support, process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ execution), risk-based decision making, and exposure to product or process transfer. Candidates with a cross-functional engineering experience, such as Process, Product, or Manufacturing Engineering, are ideal for this role.
Responsibilities- Execute process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Support product and process transfers.
- Provide manufacturing process support, including laser welding, injection molding, extrusion, assembly, and packaging.
- Conduct PFMEA, risk assessment, and develop control plans.
- Utilize SPC, Cp/Cpk, root cause analysis, and DOE for process improvements.
- Troubleshoot production line issues and implement change controls.
- Perform PPAP and supplier process qualifications.
- Develop incoming inspection strategies and offer cross-functional engineering support.
- 4+ years of experience in process improvement.
- 4+ years in a manufacturing environment, preferably medical.
- 4+ years in a mix of manufacturing, process, and quality engineering roles.
- Proficiency in process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), product transfer, and root cause analysis.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
- Skilled in cross‑function engineering roles, quality, manufacturing, and process improvement.

Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $95,000.00 – $ per year.
