We’re hiring a Structural Designer (PHX) to support the development of 2D and 3D structural designs for advanced technology and semiconductor facilities. In this role, you’ll create detailed models and drawing sets using Revit while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid work environment.
Pay:
Up to $38.00 per hour DOE
- Develop 3D structural models using Revit or similar tools
- Produce structural drawings and design documentation
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with client and company standards
- Coordinate with other disciplines and support BIM/QA processes
- Manage assigned work independently and meet project deadlines
- Contribute to team collaboration and continuous improvement
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Coursework in Computer-Aided Drafting & Design
- 2+ years of structural drafting/design experience
- 1+ year of Revit experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Associate degree in CAD or related field
- 3+ years of Revit experience
- Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam
- Experience with steel and concrete structures
- Industrial or semiconductor facility experience
- Hybrid role (must live within 50 miles of Tempe/Phoenix, AZ)
- Minimum 2 days/week onsite
