Project Coordinator
kW MCE is seeking a Project Coordinator for the following offices:
Tempe, AZ;
Atlanta, GA;
Troy, NY;
Herndon, VA;
Milwaukee, WI.
- Maintain project calendar and publish schedules to the project team.
- Assist in preparing materials required for project pursuit.
- Prepare PSA checklist and other internal forms.
- Process contracts and sub‑consultant contracts.
- Schedule design reviews, charrettes, and regular project meetings.
- Attend project, department, and team meetings; take and distribute meeting notes internally and externally.
- Generate project financial management reports.
- Track invoices and project payments.
- Track scope changes and prepare add‑on service requests to the client.
- Maintain project document file storage within the tk1sc standard project directory structure.
- Receive, file, distribute, and process due dates, respond to RFIs, submittals, and responses.
- Provide production support for project technical staff.
- Distribute project materials to clients and industry partners.
- Edit and format specifications, Table of Contents, Basis of Design Reports, and other written materials.
- Assist Engineers of Record in processing and filing project status forms with Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Basic CAD and Revit skills a plus.
- Experience with Deltek Vision a plus.
- Experience with Smartsheet a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud‑based file sharing platforms such as SharePoint, Share File, Newforma, Dropbox, Box, etc. a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer and typing skills.
- Detail‑oriented and thorough.
- Self‑motivated and flexible to take on new tasks.
- Willingness and eagerness to learn.
- Deadline‑oriented; able to track and meet multiple concurrent deadlines.

CompensationExpected hourly (all locations): $29.00‑$35.00.
