Develop and maintain resource-loaded CPM schedules using Primavera P6 for mechanical construction;
Conduct constructability reviews with Foremen and Engineers;
Evaluate client and General Contractor schedules to assess feasibility and mitigate potential bottlenecks;
Coordinate with Project Managers, BIM/VDC, prefabrication teams, and unions to align schedules;
Interface with Owner Representatives during schedule reviews and progress meetings
