CompensationSalary: $135,000 - $170,000 per year

We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Permanent Traffic Project Manager to join our dynamic engineering team and lead traffic engineering projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and coordinate traffic engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Utilize advanced traffic analysis tools and techniques to develop innovative solutions to complex traffic and transportation challenges.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, planners, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Oversee the preparation of traffic impact studies, traffic operations analyses, and other technical reports.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure all traffic engineering projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Continuously monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Promote and maintain a culture of safety, quality, and excellence within the team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in traffic engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license and Professional Traffic Operations Engineer certification is preferred.
- Extensive experience in traffic analysis, including the use of advanced traffic analysis tools and techniques.
- Proven track record of successfully managing traffic engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of traffic engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as VISSIM, Synchro, Micro Station, and traffic simulation software.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and excellence in all aspects of work.
