As a technical authority and key project leader, you will oversee the full lifecycle of complex mechanical automation projects—from concept through commissioning. Collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, you will elevate engineering quality and ensure that every system meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end mechanical design and development for custom automation systems
- Own mechanical architecture, component selection, and design standards
- Conduct advanced CAD modeling of assemblies, mechanisms, and motion systems
- Spearhead design reviews, risk analyses, and failure mode mitigation (DFMEA)
- Work closely with controls engineers to integrate complete mechatronic solutions
- Support manufacturing, assembly, and on‑site commissioning teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices
- Champion and enforce engineering standards and excellence
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years' experience in automation, robotics, or custom machinery design
- Expert‑level proficiency in CAD (Solid Works or equivalent)
- Strong background in motion systems (servo, pneumatics, linear actuators)
- Machine design & structural analysis
- Manufacturing processes (machining, fabrication, assembly)
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects
- Specialized experience with high‑speed automation or advanced robotics
- Mastery of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles
- Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities
- Thrive in fast‑paced, high‑accountability environments

- Base Salary: $120,000 – $160,000
- Bonus: 15–25%
