Foresight Technologies is a leader in manufacturing for Fab-scale Hi Purity Water systems, Valve Boxes, Chemical Distribution systems, Chemical Containment, and large amounts of prefabricated piping spools to speed up Fab Construction while reducing cost.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in C4 licensed high-purity piping systems, chemical distribution systems, and semiconductor construction with strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity. They thrive on solving complex construction challenges, collaborating with customers and cross-functional project teams, and continually improving how estimates are developed. More than simply assigning costs, they understand that exceptional estimating requires developing innovative, constructable solutions that reduce risk, optimize project execution, and position both the customer and Foresight for long-term success.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for semiconductor process piping, plumbing, and process utility projects.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, P&IDs, and contract documents to develop complete project scopes.
• o Able to interpret incomplete customer drawings, define written assumptions, create initial bid packages, and present BOQ files to the customer.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for piping systems, valves, fittings, instrumentation, supports, and related materials.
• Separate BIM and takeoff models into spool drawings for off-site pre-manufacturing (from Eng Mgr.)
• Develop labor, equipment, subcontractor, and material cost estimates using standards and experience.
• Evaluate project risks and incorporate appropriate contingencies.
• Participate in estimate reviews with executive leadership and operations.
• Ensure estimates are competitive to maintain a high percentage of project wins, while maintaining profitability objectives.
• Partner with customers during project development to identify value engineering opportunities, improve constructability, reduce installation costs, and optimize project execution while maintaining quality and performance requirements.
• Support proposal development by preparing scope clarifications, assumptions, exclusions, value engineering recommendations, and executive-level estimate presentations.
