Structural Engineer

Rig Up (now Workrise) seeks a Structural Engineer to support energy and infrastructure projects nationwide. You'll design and analyze steel, concrete, and modular structures for utilities and midstream assets, ensuring safety, code compliance, and constructability. Partner with project managers, field teams, and clients to deliver efficient, scalable designs using modern analysis and CAD/BIM tools. You'll review vendor drawings, support permitting, and provide field engineering support.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, and modular structures for energy and utility projects.
• Develop calculations, drawings, and specifications that meet applicable codes and client standards.
• Use structural analysis and CAD/BIM tools to model, iterate, and optimize designs for cost and constructability.
• Review vendor and fabrication drawings for conformance with design intent and project requirements.
• Support permitting, code reviews, and technical submittals with clear calculations and documentation.
• Provide field engineering support, including site visits, inspections, and resolution of construction issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and field teams to align scope, schedule, and technical quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of standards, tools, and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
