An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Systems Test Engineer to join a team developing advanced RF/Microwave products supporting commercial, defense, and space applications.
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys designing automated test solutions, solving complex technical challenges, and working alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Rate: $55-65hr
Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans
- Design and build automated test hardware and software
- Select and integrate appropriate test equipment
- Perform RF and digital hardware testing, troubleshooting, and debugging
- Analyze test data and document results
- Develop calibration and test procedures
- Collaborate with design engineering, manufacturing, and program management teams
- Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians
- 7+ years of test engineering and test automation experience
- Experience leading test development initiatives
- Proficiency with Python, C#, Java, LabVIEW, or similar programming languages
- Experience with RF test system design and automation
- Strong understanding of RF amplifiers, mixers, oscillators, transceivers, and related technologies
- Experience controlling test equipment using SCPI commands
- Familiarity with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and other RF instrumentation
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
