Combine your love for Häagen-Dazs with your sales skills as a Sales Associate! We're looking for individuals who can provide exceptional customer service, maintain product knowledge, and drive sales. • Prepare frozen desserts that include ice cream scoops, Dazzlers, Shakes, Smoothies and Cakes.
• Operate the point-of-sale register, processing orders and accepting payments.
• Clean up and organize customer area, production area, and back-room/storage.
• Prepare and re-stock ingredients.
• Perform all activities outlined in shift management procedures.

• Must be able be available to work, Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts .
• Be knowledgeable and capable in describing key attributes of the Häagen-Dazs product to guests.
• Be knowledgeable of all recipes presented in the menu.
• Weigh all cups and ingredients in our recipes before mixing and/or serving the guests.
• Follow the correct ice cream scooping method.
• Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance.
• Report to work on time and as scheduled, wearing a complete uniform.
• Be attentive and extremely courteous to our guests.

• Willing to perform all assigned activities.
• Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment.
• Ability to resolve guest concerns with empathy and care.
• Prior customer service experience a plus but not required.
