Overview
- Manage event projects for the Event Marketing team, focusing on Insurance Marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Provide expertise in event operations, including logistics, compliance, and stakeholder management.
- Oversee functional areas such as venues, production, staffing, and transportation.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards during event planning and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives effectively.
- Contribute to the development of bespoke event programs and sales-oriented hospitality initiatives.
- Travel up to 30% of the time for event planning and execution purposes.
- Serve as a project manager for event programs, ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence.
- Coordinate logistics including venues, hotels, contractors, and production services.
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the event lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and accessibility standards.
- Develop and execute field marketing strategies for bespoke event programs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align event objectives with business goals.
- Provide detailed reporting and analysis post-event to measure success and identify improvements.
- Adapt to changing priorities and resolve challenges proactively during event planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in live event planning and execution.
- Proven expertise in project management and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience with field marketing and bespoke event programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration.
- Preferred certifications: CMP, CSEP, or CMM.
- Ability to travel up to 30% for event-related activities.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends as required by event schedules.
