Paradise Casino is seeking a polished, energetic, and relationship-driven Executive Host to join our VIP Services team. The Executive Host will cultivate and maintain relationships with high-value guests, provide personalized service, coordinate special experiences, and serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the guest journey.

The ideal candidate combines outstanding hospitality skills with strong business judgment, discretion, communication abilities, and a genuine talent for relationship building.

Paradise Casino is committed to delivering an exceptional entertainment and hospitality experience to every guest. Under direct supervision of the Player Development Manager, Executive Hosts are tasked with growing top-level revenue through the building or relationships with their coded guests. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

High School Diploma or GED, and 3 to 5 years marketing or casino operations experience required. Casino/gaming host experience preferred. Sales or tele-marketing experience a plus. Spanish speaking a plus. Must be 21 years of age. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California. Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.
