Major Duties :
1. Focuses on resolution of complex transactions, where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines and/or processes    
2. Full ownership for one or more processes, reports and/or procedures    
3. Analytically and procedurally competent, emerging as an expert in a specific skill set but remains focused primarily on daily execution    
4. Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact    5.

May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management    
6. Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees    
7. Delivers a work product that requires less revision    
8. Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions    Knowledge :

Excellent oral and written communication skills are required  Functional / Industry Knowledge is required  Analytical and problem solving skills are required  Technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas    Experience :

A College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience is preferred    Related Industry qualification / or studying towards, is preferred

Salary Range:$41,040 - 61,560 USD
* Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
