About

The Role

The Senior Director of FP&A, Customer Acquisition is a senior leadership role on the Commercial Finance team and the primary strategic finance partner to our global Customer Acquisition organization
—spanning both Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) Performance Marketing and Partner‑Managed Sales
. This leader is accountable for shaping the financial strategy, investment framework, and performance management cadence that drive efficient, profitable customer growth.

You will own the long‑range plan, annual budget, and ongoing forecast for Customer Acquisition; set and pressure‑test growth, ROI, and profitability targets; and translate performance into clear narratives and recommendations for the executive team. The Senior Director will lead a global team of 14, build high‑impact planning and analytics capabilities, and ensure that decision‑makers have the insight they need to optimize marketing and sales investments, deploy capital effectively, and deliver on our growth and margin ambitions.

The Customer Acquisition Commercial Finance team is led by two Directors—one dedicated to DTC Performance Marketing and one to Partner Sales—with teams based across North America, Europe, and Asia to provide truly global coverage and insight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the Customer Acquisition teams on business initiatives, growth opportunities, spend structure, business planning and integration.
  • Work closely with business segment leadership to improve and strategically support business operations, including ownership and accountability for financial performance.
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics to optimize marketing spend through various data science models and spend curves (targeting high LTV customers to ensure strong long‑term growth), analyze program spend via funnel metrics for effectiveness.
  • Champion the use of AI, advanced analytics, and process automation to modernize forecasting, reporting, and performance management, driving faster, more accurate insights and freeing capacity for higher‑value work.
  • Develop key metrics and benchmarks to measure overall performance.
  • Actively track all material initiatives and investments to summarize progress relative to commitments made during the planning process.
  • Lead business unit planning processes.
  • Creative and ad‑hoc modeling that enables effective decision making.
  • Oversee an organization of 14 individuals, fostering professional growth and retaining valuable talent through coaching and development opportunities.
