• Initiate earnest money and option fee wire transfers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Review and verify insurance claims to ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
• Verify the presence of solar panels and associated agreements on properties and ensure proper documentation is captured.
• Obtain, verify, and upload HOA demand documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct HOA demand reviews and flag discrepancies or outstanding items for resolution.
• Research and manage HOA litigations and violations, escalating issues as needed.
• Collect and organize insurance declaration documents across transactions.
• Initiate and track work orders related to transaction needs.
• Coordinate guard gate access requirements and ensure relevant parties are properly notified.
• Validate final transaction documents to confirm accuracy and completeness prior to closing.
• Communicate with HOAs, title companies, and escrow companies via phone and email to obtain required documents or resolve outstanding items.
• Use Zendesk and other internal tools to manage, track, and document transaction activity.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve transaction issues quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across a high volume of concurrent transactions.
