WhatYou’ll Do
- Partner with Kestra advisors and staff to drive adoption, optimization, and long‑term retention of our Advisor Enterprise powered by Envestnet and NFS and other core platforms.
- Deliver platform consulting through virtual and in-person meetings with advisors and their teams.
- Conduct training, education, and platform overviews for onboarding and recruiting firms.
- Develop and maintain educational resources and best‑practice guidance related to advisory platform usage.
- Act as a liaison between advisors and internal teams (Wealth Management Operations, Wealth Consulting, Advisory Platform Team) to resolve complex platform issues.
- Communicate advisor feedback, adoption trends, and platform challenges to key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a strong client‑first mindset.
- Support additional initiatives as business needs evolve.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or consulting.
- Deep knowledge of advisory platforms, investment programs, and industry trends.
- Strong presentation, training, and relationship‑management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25 %.
- Experience with Envestnet, NFS and/or iCapital platforms.
- Professional designations such as CFP®, CIMA®, CFA®, or similar.
- FINRA Series 7, 66 or 63 with qualifying designation for 65.
