You'll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence on alternative investment and private market solutions, including reviewing fund strategies, historical performance, management teams, operational structures, and risk profiles.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, such as financial statements, return metrics, volatility measures, liquidity terms, and fee structures, to assess investment viability.
  • Prepare detailed reports, investment memos, and presentations for the investment product committee, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and potential risks.
  • Present investment opportunities and due diligence results to the committee, addressing questions and providing supporting evidence to facilitate approval decisions.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date diligence on approved funds through periodic reviews, monitoring performance against benchmarks, tracking market changes, and identifying any emerging risks or opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including portfolio managers, compliance, and legal, to ensure alignment with overall investment strategies and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in alternative investments to enhance due diligence processes.
  • Support ad‑hoc projects, such as benchmarking analyses, competitor reviews, or platform enhancements related to private market offerings.
What You Bring

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non‑technical audiences, such as committee members.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity, independence, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with the capacity to work collaboratively while also operating autonomously on assignments.
  • Minimum of 3‑5 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, due diligence, or asset management, with a focus on alternative investments and private markets.
