Fund Accounting Manager
U.S. Bank Global Fund Services is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to support our Fund Accounting team. The role involves maintaining the general ledger and records of mutual funds, ETFs, local government investment pools, and closed‑end funds, and producing end‑of‑day net asset value calculations.
Responsibilities- Prepare daily general ledger accounting and prime broker/bank cash reconciliations.
- Process advisor and portfolio management transactions, corporate actions, and expense accruals/payments.
- Calculate daily net asset value, mill rates, and perform portfolio pricing analysis and validations.
- Distribute timely internal and external information and conduct portfolio reconciliations.
- Partner with internal and external administrators, transfer agencies, and prime brokers/custodian relationships to support compliance, audit, and financial reporting.
- Ensure all fund accounting functions comply with SEC regulations and GAAP principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of five years of accounting or finance experience.
- Experience with exchange‑traded funds, mutual funds, or similar investment vehicles.
- Previous fund accounting experience, specifically with ETF basket processing.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, reporting, and analysis.
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and analyze data.
- Proficient computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (CT). The position requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week, in Tempe, AZ or Milwaukee, WI.
CompensationPay Range: $98,175.00 – $. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location; actual range may vary by location.
