This position has overall responsibility for sales development to acquire new business clients with a focus on depository and treasury management solutions. TMO’s are responsible for acquiring fee income and deposits via strategic alliances, prospecting, networking, cold calling and relationship building to help businesses optimize their working capital with end-to-end treasury management and digital solutions.

Responsibilities- Responsible for winning new business, non-profit and personal client relationships to drive substantial new core deposits, with a focus on fee revenue from treasury management solutions.
- Is responsible for acquiring and building fee income and deposits via strategic alliances, cold calling, prospecting, networking, and relationship building, effective consultation and solutions to help our business optimize their working capital with end-to-end treasury management and digital solutions.
- Responsible to drive top financial performance, client consultancy excellence to ensure the Bank meets service levels and organizational goals while meeting compliance and regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the consistent delivery of outstanding service in line with client, internal and strategic partner expectations.
- Manages effective network of internal and external relationships, such as community or industry relationships, to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients to meet annual performance goals.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing to build marketing collateral, consultation tools including PowerPoint, build and implement Integro Bank Digital Treasury Management strategy and campaigns.
- Collaborate and work closely with the Lending team and other functional areas.
- Leverages reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully identify and convert sales opportunities.
- Lead, build and support sales campaigns to drive fee income and deposit revenue. Partners with key stakeholders including sales, marketing, digital channel delivery, and other internal service partners to execute Treasury Management outreach campaigns.
- Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the business client's needs and their financial well-being. Focuses on increasing client engagement and loyalty.
