Position: National Sales Team Employee Banking Consultant (Phone banker) Tempe AZ

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships by proactively calling existing and potential customers.
  • Engage customers via phone, email, chat, virtual and video appointments to provide counsel with a digital‑first mindset.
  • Obtain and process customer and account information.
  • Demonstrate and educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
  • Recommend solutions that meet each customer’s unique goals and needs.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Four to five or more years of job‑related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
  • National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, and ongoing compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Thorough knowledge of all applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
