Responsibilities- Build relationships by proactively calling existing and potential customers.
- Engage customers via phone, email, chat, virtual and video appointments to provide counsel with a digital‑first mindset.
- Obtain and process customer and account information.
- Demonstrate and educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
- Recommend solutions that meet each customer’s unique goals and needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Four to five or more years of job‑related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
- National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, and ongoing compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an improved client experience.
- Effective and confident client communication.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of products and solutions.
- Cash handling experience.
- Active listening and excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to teach customers how to use digital technology.
- Consistent proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer needs.
- Thorough knowledge of all applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
