Position Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required;
CPA certification or master’s degree preferred - Minimum 7 years experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and financial modeling.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with partners and senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with partnership tax concepts is preferred
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Query, Power BI, and Tableau) is highly desirable.
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026.
