Senior Field Supervision Director - Heightened Supervision

What You’ll Do

• Decision making is evidenced in supervisory records and subject to regulatory scrutiny.
• Partner and serve as a resource to other Field Supervision Directors.
• Advance knowledge and expertise of industry regulations and firm policies.
• Guide Branch Teams in building a successful and compliant business.

• FINRA Series 7 license is required.
• FINRA Series 66 license or equivalent is required.
• FINRA Series 24 license is required.
• FINRA Series 9 & 10 are required.
• Leadership, analytical, investigative, and decision‑making skills are required.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of industry experience or 4 years of supervisory experience.

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
