Major Duties- Resolve complex transactions, interpreting policies, guidelines and/or processes.
- Own one or more processes, reports and/or procedures.
- Maintain analytical and procedural competence, becoming an expert in a specific skill set while focusing on daily execution.
- Execute significant activities with substantial financial, client, and/or internal business impact.
- Interact directly with committees and/or senior management.
- Serve as a key subject‑matter expert and mentor to more junior employees.
- Generate work products that require minimal revision.
- Facilitate discussions and reach decisions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Functional / industry knowledge.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Technical proficiency in area of expertise with broader knowledge of related areas.
- College or university degree and/or relevant work experience.
- Related industry qualification or degree being pursued.

Salary Range$41,040 – $61,560 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package, including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well‑being benefits. Northern Trust also offers a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
