The Supervision Performance & Automation Analyst will support projects to assist the Supervision Performance & Automation team in delivering automated workflows using Alteryx to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency for the Supervision team. This role requires a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in making other team’s daily work easier. This is a great opportunity for a self‑starter looking to help shape solutions that enhance supervisory processes and deliver high impact results.
Responsibilities- Support and collaborate with more experienced colleagues to deliver large‑scale solutions across a variety of projects & initiatives.
- Jointly participate in projects & tasks while advancing skills in discovery, design, and implementation of process improvements and automated workflows.
- Optimize processes by conducting stakeholder interviews to compile needs assessment, identify requirements, and support solution design.
- Conduct data validation and process testing exercises, identifying defects and proposing solutions or workarounds.
- Work cross‑functionally to deliver & implement more efficient workflows by combining backend data sources in Alteryx.
- Research and resolve unknowns independently by leveraging resources and navigating the organization to obtain information and achieve objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement by proposing ways to leverage data aggregation tools, automated workflows, or AI to streamline our team’s ability to operate & execute on our initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- 1+ years of experience in data sourcing, extraction, or analytics.
- Experience in Excel, SQL, Python, and/or Alteryx.
- Analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent business judgment with a successful track record for working independently.
- Resourceful problem solver that is able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to multi‑task and work well under pressure with commitment to deliver under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates work ethic and possesses a natural curiosity with a commitment to continually learn and grow.
- Written and verbal communication skills with ability to present information in differing degrees of detail and form depending on the audience.
- Knowledge of Supervision, securities licenses a plus (7, 66/63).
- Prior experience replacing manual workflows by aggregating data to create automated or more efficient solutions.
