Commercial Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with commercial teams to optimize pricing, product portfolio and product profitability.
• Lead bid strategies, develop cost proposals, and negotiate contract terms.
• Builds and manages robust financial models, portfolio analytics and dashboards.
• Prepares, analyzes, and presents financial performance reports to the Board.
• Mentors and manages the finance team, fostering accountability and accuracy.
• Leads annual budgeting, long‑range planning, and monthly/quarterly forecasting of revenue and expenses.
• Identifies trends and performance drivers vs. budgets and evaluates low‑margin products.

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably a major in accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent financial and business analysis, systems skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with Oracle/SAP, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, MS Access desirable.
