Senior Operations Team Leader - Risk & Client

Qualifications

• SIE and Series 7 required.
• Series 24 required within 6 months of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams in a complex operations environment with financial, regulatory, and client service risk.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing talent, driving engagement, and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, reduce risk, and enhance client and branch experience through thoughtful execution.
• Experience working with cross-functional partners and external vendors, including risk, compliance, technology, and third‑party providers.

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026.
