We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Originator to assist members with mortgage and home equity needs. The role involves following up on member inquiries, processing digital leads, and ensuring proper documentation and timely execution of loan documents.
Pay RangeCompetitive hourly rate of $31.14–$38.06, depending on experience, with bonus opportunities.

Responsible for following up on member inquiries, processing digital leads, and ensuring proper documentation and timely execution of loan documents.
NLMS registration or eligibility for NMLS registration required.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required;
Associate Degree preferred. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
- Thorough knowledge of FNMA, FHA, VA, and other loan programs.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with mortgage origination software, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Manage and convert leads from various sources.
- Originate mortgage loans that conform to FNMA, FHA, VA and portfolio guidelines.
- Understand Home Equity and Non‑Conforming guidelines.
- Maintain high accuracy and meet deadlines.
- Take complete applications and manage the loan process to closing.
- Educate borrowers on the mortgage process.
- Follow compliance policies (Bank Secrecy Act, security and confidentiality).
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
