Job Title
Join a collaborative team that supports tax-related work for Wealth Management and corporate business lines. Tax preparation is completed by PwC, while this team oversees the process, reviews work for quality and accuracy, and serves as the key liaison between internal partners and external tax professionals.
What You'll Do
- Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts and oversee tax compliance activities.
- Review tax returns and related deliverables for accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
- Partner with PwC and internal stakeholders to resolve tax-related questions.
- Support trust and charitable tax compliance activities.
- Participate in projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives.
Charitable Services Focus
- Review and coordinate tax compliance for Private Foundations and Charitable Gift Annuities (CGAs).
- Support Form 5227 filings and Form 1099-NEC reporting reviews.
- Coordinate charitable tax returns and Form 990 notice requirements.
- Assist with state filing compliance and registration requirements.
- Partner with PwC and internal teams to maintain charitable filing records and reporting obligations.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Four to six years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Excellent accounting, tax accounting, mathematical, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Thorough knowledge of government and regulatory laws and regulations
- Thorough knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and planning
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Effective customer relations, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
Location Expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

Pay Range: $66,640.00 - $78,400.00
