Finance Manager

Qwaltec is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for mission-critical space and satellite programs. In this role, you will own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across contracts, partnering with engineering and operations leaders to support strategic decisions. You will develop project cost models, ensure compliance with government and commercial requirements, and provide clear financial reporting to leadership.

The Finance Manager will also improve financial processes, support pricing and proposals, and help drive profitable growth in a collaborative, technically rigorous environment.
