We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. Specialist in Payroll Expense Reporting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in expense report processing, a strong understanding of Concur systems, and a compliance-focused mindset. This role requires excellent communication skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and a customer service-oriented approach.

• Process expense reports with accuracy and efficiency using Concur systems.
• Ensure attention to detail when comparing receipts and matching dates with details.
• Interpret and comply with company policies related to expense reporting.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding expense reports.
• Provide strong customer service through Teams inbox and calls.
• Analyze and solve problems related to payroll expense reporting.

• Experience with expense report processing and Concur systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to compare receipts accurately.
• Understanding of policies and a compliance-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
• Analytical problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues effectively.
