West Capital Lending is seeking a dynamic Mortgage Customer Service Specialist to serve as the first contact for prospective borrowers exploring purchase or refinance options. You will handle high-volume outreach, qualify leads, and connect interested borrowers with licensed Loan Officers.
In this role, you will respond to inquiries, coordinate with loan officers, processors, and underwriters, and help maintain SLAs while upholding compliance and a high standard of service.
