Alerus in Tempe is seeking the Retail Loan Collections (RLC) Manager to oversee delinquent and charged-off consumer, mortgage and small business loan collections, ensuring policies and legal requirements are followed.
You'll lead a team, develop collection strategies, monitor performance, and coordinate with real estate brokers and third parties to liquidate assets as needed, while maintaining compliance and reporting to the Special Credit Services Manager.
