Piper Companies is seeking an FP&A Manager for a growing client in the financial services industry in Tempe, AZ. The FP&A Manager role requires working fully onsite. The FP&A Manager role is ideal for an experienced finance professional with a strong corporate FP&A background supporting executive leadership in a large public company environment.

Responsibilities of the FP&A Manager include:

Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and target-setting processes while partnering with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
Prepare and deliver board packages, audit committee materials, compensation committee presentations, and executive financial reporting.
Analyze financial performance, key business drivers, and operational trends to provide actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Develop and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and long-range planning tools to support business objectives and corporate strategy.
Present concise financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership while adapting to changing business priorities and market conditions.

Requirements of the FP&A Manager include:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; MBA, CPA, or other advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of FP&A experience within a corporate finance organization
Strong experience supporting executive leadership through board reporting, audit committee packages, compensation committee materials, financial guidance, forecasting, and target-setting activities.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to quickly analyze, summarize, and present financial data for executive-level audiences.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain composed, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced, evolving environment; SAP experience is a plus.

Compensation for the FP&A Manager include:

$120,000 - $150,000 annually
