Job Summary:Manages cash and related financial assets as efficiently as possible to provide the financial flexibility needed to achieve the company's objectives in a manner consistent with the strategic plan. Monitors and analyzes the organization's cash position to cover cash commitments. Coordinates activities relating to foreign exchange risk management, banking, investments, borrowing and resolving operational issues between business units and banks. Ensures financial transactions, policies and procedures meet corporate objectives and regulatory body requirements.
Principal Responsibilities:Maintains corporate liquidity required to meet current and future obligations in a timely and cost effective manner.
Plans and manages corporate or regional cash positions and forecasts and executes wire transfers for concentration of funds.
Establishes and maintains reliable access to short-term borrowing facilities at lowest cost possible.
Manages investments of excess cash when needed.
Maintains access to medium and long-term financing to support planned asset expansion as well as existing asset base. Provides the financial flexibility necessary to exert strategic action when investment opportunities arise.
Identifies, measures, analyzes and mitigates or remediates company exposure to many types of financial risk (e.g., interest rate, foreign exchange, counter party and operational) within scope of company policy. This includes protecting overall financial assets from loss or theft.
Collaborates with other functional units and shares financial information.
Manages relationships with external vendors, including, but not limited to banks and other financial institutions, to make the most efficient use of the company financial assets while minimizing risk and expenses.

Extensive knowledge and application of principles, theories and concepts. Complete knowledge of all job functions and the broad industry best practices, techniques and standards.
Develops solutions to complex problems where analysis of situations and/or data requires in-depth evaluation of variables. Determine best approach to achieve results and provide suggestions to improve policies and procedures. Comfortable working with automation and AI tools.
Work is performed independently and requires the exercise of judgment and discretion. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Work may be reviewed at a high-level.
May represent the organization as a primary contact on assignments and/or projects. Interacts with senior professionals and management and frequently coordinates work between departments or organizations.
