Manager, Accounting and Financial Advisory Services

• Participate in projects involving GAAP Advisory, Business Analytics and Decision Support, Financial Accounting Advisory Services, Transaction Support, and Program/Project Management
• Supervise, develop, and train staff on engagements
• Participate actively in project work and provide hands‑on support
• Interact directly with senior managers and partners on client and engagement management
• Strengthen existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities through outstanding client service
• Communicate with business owners, executive management, investors, lenders, and other sophisticated parties
• Participate in internal and external training sessions and networking events
• Assist with campus recruiting, experienced candidate referrals, and the firm's Employee Referral Bonus Program
• Deliver practical financial reporting process improvements and technical analysis for CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Directors

• 6+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit or financial advisory service line
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related
• Certified public accountant (CPA), or CMA
• Knowledge and ability to use appropriate tools, applications, and accounting and finance concepts to facilitate analysis
• Current GAAP advisory knowledge and application
• Exposure to Middle Market financial suite applications such as Quick Books, Net Suite, and Int Acct, including functionality, workflows, automated controls, data consolidation, reporting, and analytics
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
• Advanced modeling and Excel skills
• Experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and generating data-driven insights
• Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience presenting analyses to management and ability to lead and drive initiatives
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel
• Ability to interact with senior-level client personnel and participate in executive briefings
• Ability to travel approximately 25% and work in a hybrid work environment

Demonstrates expertise in GAAP Advisory, Financial Accounting Advisory Services, and Business Analytics, with a strong ability to conduct complex financial analysis and deliver actionable insights. Proven track record in client relationship management, team supervision, and effective communication with senior-level stakeholders.
