Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Finance Analyst 3 - Contingent to join their team. As a Finance Analyst 3 - Contingent, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting strategic financial analysis and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

* + Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights

+ Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance

+ Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions

+ Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management

* + Proven experience in financial analysis or related field

+ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and modeling

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

+ Understanding of financial concepts such as revenue analysis and profitability assessment
