Municipal Police Officer

The municipal police officer carries out the necessary prevention missions to maintain public order, safety, security, and cleanliness. They also ensure a close relationship with the community. They are under the authority of the Mayor and the hierarchical responsibility of the Director General of Services. Cadre(s) of employment:
Municipal Police Officers. Statutory remuneration + incentive regime. Type of recruitment:
Permanent position in the public territorial service. Weekly working hours:
Full-time. Deadline for application: 16/07/2026. Expected recruitment date: 15/09/2026.

Constraints of the position:

• Presence outside in all weather conditions
• Variable hours, set according to service activity, including some Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays
• Wearing of regulatory clothing and PPE

Hours:

Monday to Friday: 09H00 / 12H30 and 13H30 / 17H00. In case of presence at the bus stop: 07H30 / 12H30 and 13H30 / 15H00. Hours may be adjusted at the request of the Mayor and the Director General of Services.
