We’re seeking a full-time Barber – Stylist to join our team in Tempe, AZ. Compensation offers flexibility: start at 40% commission and climb to 55% with no caps, or choose guaranteed minimum wage.

Weekly performance rewards mean the more you bring in, the more you take home. Typical earnings for Barbers and Stylists are an average of $29.25 – $47.50 per hour.

• Provide high-quality barbering and styling services to clients in a busy, energetic environment.
• Deliver bold cuts, color transformations, and classic shaves with precision and care.
• Engage with clients to ensure exceptional service and a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the workstation and shop.
• Stay current with trends and continuously level up skills to meet client expectations.

• Active Arizona barber or cosmetology license
• Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others
• Strong work ethic and motivation to perform at a high level
• Reliability, punctuality, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs
• Ability to work weekends and nights to meet client availability
