Looking to spend your spring in the beautiful Phoenix metro area? Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for an impactful, short-term assignment serving the vibrant communities of Tempe and Guadalupe, AZ
! Starting in late March, you’ll support two welcoming elementary campuses located just five miles apart to help make a difference in the lives of K‑5 students as they head into the final months of the school year.
- Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations for K‑5 students, acting as a key member of the Multidisciplinary Evaluation Team (MET) to interpret results and draft actionable recommendations.
- Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), serving as the primary case manager for designated students to ensure all milestones and outcomes are met.
- Provide expert guidance to classroom teachers, administrators, and parents to integrate therapeutic strategies into the student's daily academic environment.
- Maintain Medicaid records and accurate documentation of student files, ensuring all diagnostic validations and program recommendations meet state and federal documentation standards.
- Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
- Valid Arizona Department of Education (ADE) Speech‑Language Pathologist Certificate
- Current Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) State License
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
