Job description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Seniors Caregiver to provide essential support to seniors in their own homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients while ensuring their safety and comfort. This role requires a blend of caregiving skills, empathy, and the ability to manage various tasks related to daily living.

• Primary care will be Personal hygiene care like Brushing teeth, Sponge Bathing in Bed, Incontinence care, Dressing & Grooming, Monitoring skin for bed sores, Changing sides after sometime, Feeding, Medication Reminders, Changing his Bed sheets and making bed.
• Companionship care including Light Physical Exercises in Bed, Put some Music for client, watching TV (CNN, Physical exercises videos, Music, etc.)
• IADL's - Light Housekeeping, Laundry & folding clothes, Help with Meal Preparation, Doing dishes in the kitchen, etc.

• Previous experience in home health care in caregiving.
• Experience in cooking and meal preparation tailored to individual dietary needs is beneficial.
• A compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills is essential for building trust with clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.

Expected hours: 28/wk

• Paid orientation
• Paid training

Schedule:

Daily 4 hr each from 9AM-1PM

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
