Key Responsibilities Conducts substance misuse assessments and develops recovery and treatment plans using motivational interviewing techniques Collaborates with members to create behavioral routines and identifies community resources to support individual goals Assists members in developing empowerment skills and combating stigma through self-advocacy
Required Qualifications High School Diploma / GED required 2+ years of experience working with vulnerable populations with chronic or complex bio-psychosocial needs Peer Recovery Support Certification required Completion of 60 contact hours of peer recovery-focused education and training At least six hours of ethics education and training within the last six years
