🎯 What You'll Do (a.k.a. Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It)

As a Home Health OT, you'll be helping patients regain independence in the most meaningful place-their own homes. Your days will include:

✅ Evaluate & Assess:
Perform thorough initial and ongoing OT assessments that look at the whole person, not just the injury or diagnosis.

✅ Create & Customize:
Develop goal-oriented, patient-specific care plans focused on function, independence, and quality of life.

✅ Treat with Heart:
Provide hands-on therapy, training, and adaptive strategies to improve ADLs, mobility, safety, and more. Bonus points for creativity!

✅ Educate & Empower:
Work with caregivers and families to make sustainable changes that actually work. Yes, we love patient education!

✅ Coordinate & Collaborate:
Partner with a dynamic team of nurses, PTs, SLPs, social workers, and caregivers. We believe in team-based care, not silos.

✅ Document & Dominate:
Complete documentation using our user-friendly platform. We promise-we don't make you chart until midnight.

🎓 What You Bring to the Team

• Current Occupational Therapy license in [Insert State]
• Graduation from an ACOTE-accredited OT program
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication & documentation skills
• Confidence working independently
• A positive attitude, a good sense of humor, and maybe a favorite coffee mug

Bonus points for:

• Home health experience (but we welcome new grads with mentorship!)
• Bilingual skills
• Experience with geriatric or neuro populations
